Walter Greiner is a folk singer/songwriter from Saint Louis, Missouri. He was born in 1953 in Doe Run, Missouri and comes from a long line of hardworking people. He served in the U.S. Army as a rank corporal. His sound is influenced by sonic poets like Woody Guthrie, Bob Dylan, and John Hartford.
"Live From the St. Francois Mountains, Vol. 1" was released June 20, 2018. It was recorded live in the Saint Francois Mountains of southern Missouri.
“Virgin on the Mountain, Vol. 2” was released November 30, 2018. It was recorded live in the in Butte, Montana above the legendary Silver Dollar Saloon.
“Rosemary’s Cabin, Vol. 3” was released May 17, 2019. It was recorded live in Sprucewood, Colorado in the surrounding Pike National Forest.
